Bundestag to File a Lawsuit against Merkel
The Committee of the German Bundestag, which controls the powers of German intelligence, is going to file a lawsuit to the Constitutional Court against the Government of Germany because of the scandal around the US National Security Agency (NSA). TASS reports referring to Süddeutsche Zeitung.
This was preceded by the news that the German Federal Intelligence Service (BND) conducted surveillance of targets for the whole Europe with American order. Espionage was carried out in accordance with a certain list, which listed thousands of criteria to search for information – IP-addresses, phone numbers, accounts in social networks, e-mail domains. This list is available to the Federal Chancellery, which coordinates the work of the security services.
