Cameron to Unveil Counter-Terror Spending Plans
Prime Minister David Cameron will unveil his Strategic Defense and Security Review (SDSR) in Parliament on his return from Paris. It will detail his counter-terror spending priorities, intended to stop a Paris-style attack in Britain, – The RT reports.
As well as visiting the sites of the recent terror attacks on Monday morning, Cameron held talks with French President Francois Hollande on the threat posed by Islamic State.
Addressing reporters at the Elysee Palace, Cameron pledged to stand “shoulder to shoulder” with France. He also said French jets carrying out airstrikes against Syrian jihadists could use the UK’s Cyprus airbase RAF Akrotiri.
