POLITICAL CONSULTATIONS BETWEEN ARMENIAN AND CZECH MFA’S
The Foreign Affairs Ministries of Armenia and the Czech Republic held a regular political consultation meeting at the Armenia foreign ministry, news.am reports.
The Armenian and Czech diplomats discussed the agenda issues with respect to bilateral relations. The parties underscored the nature of the Armenian-Czech political discourse, examined the measures being taken toward developing trade and economic ties, and exchanged views on the prospects of Armenia-EU cooperation.
On Tuesday, the Czech delegation was received by Armenia’s Deputy FM Zohrab Mnatsakanyan. He briefed the delegation members on the ongoing Armenia-EU Association Agreement talks, and Armenia’s expectations from the Eastern Partnership summit to be held in the Lithuanian capital, Vilnius, in November. At the request of the guests, Mnatsakanyan also reflected on the Nagorno-Karabakh peace process and regional security issues.
