TUTANKHAMUN’S TREASURES RETURNED TO EGYPT

19 artifacts taken from Egyptian pharaoh Tutankhamun’s tomb are returned to Egypt. The very treasures are small animal statues and golden jewelry.

King Tut’s treasures are kept in The Metropolitan Museum of Arts in New York, USA. The agreement on returning the ancient artifacts to their historical homeland was reached last year.

Now, after King Tut’s treasures have been returned to Egypt, they will be exhibited The Egyptian Museum of Cairo where majority of the treasures from the pharao’s tomb are kept.
