Estonian School of Diplomacy offers limited amount of scholarships to participate in the nine-month training program ‘International Relations and European Integration’

In the academic year 2013/2014 scholarships are offered for the citizens of the following countries ONLY:

Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, Ukraine

The scholarship covers the following expenses related to the partcipation in the training course:

- tution fee in full amount

- costs of visa/residence permit

- costs of local health insurance

- costs of accommodation in Tallinn

- monthly allowance to cover everyday living expeses during the study period

Students are expected to bring their own laptop computer.

Documents needed for application:

-ESD application form (available further below)

-CV in English

-Motivation letter (300-400 words, explaining previous experience, the reasons for applying and how the studies will benefit the student’s future development)

-copies of university transcript in (unofficial) English translation, i.e. diploma of higher education and academic record

-copy of (international) passport

-1 passport-sized photograph (to be added to the application form)

-academic essay (1300-1500 words with references) to be written on one of the topics below:

1. Middle East After Arab Spring

2. Eastern Partnership Countries In Ten Years Time

3. Is China Going To Seize Africa?
