CITIZEN ENGAGEMENT IN THE PRIORITIZATION, DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF LOCAL DEVELOPMENT POLICIES (Solve Net)

The project is funded through Joint Operational Program “BLACK SEA BASIN 2007-2013″, Priority 1: Supporting cross border partnerships for economic and social development based on combined resources, Measure 1.3: Creation of administrative capacity for the design and implementation of local development policies, being co-financed through European Neighborhood and Partnership Instrument and will run from 10.06.2013 to 10.12.2014.

Project launching conference will take place on 28th of August 2013 in Galati.

Overall objective of the joint Action will be achieved by building a network of organizations of civil society from Romania, Ukraine, Armenia and the Republic of Moldova that will supprot and facilitate citizen engagement, creating and activating new tools of citizen engagement, increasing cooperation between civil society and public administration in the decision making process and stimulating the participation of the entrepreneurial environment in local and regional development policies and the creation a Public-Private Partnerships.
